About Us
The one "Are you a robot?" CAPTCHA-failing human behind Cult Arcade.
Made after hours, with care.
AfterHoursStudio is a tiny independent studio born out of late-night curiosity and a love for games that are easy to start but impossible to quit. We craft minimal, instinct-driven experiences you can pick up in seconds and obsess over for hours. No bloat, no paywalls, no endless tutorials โ just pure, replayable fun. Everything you see here is handmade, one late night at a time.
What you will find here
Cult Arcade holds 42 original browser games, each written from scratch rather than licensed or embedded from somewhere else โ arcade reflex games like Balloon Guard and Grapple Run, puzzle and board games like 2048, Ludo and Crossword, and card and table games like Poker and Housie. Every one runs directly in your browser with no download, no plugin and no account, on a phone or a laptop. Most pages also carry a short guide with the controls and a few tactics worth knowing before your first run.
How Cult Arcade stays free
Cult Arcade is built and paid for by one individual. Every game is free to play, with no accounts, no downloads and nothing locked behind a payment. Hosting and the time to keep shipping fixes and new games are funded by a small number of adverts, served through Google AdSense. We keep them deliberately minimal and out of the way โ never over a game, never between you and a button โ and you can read exactly what data that involves, and how to opt out of personalised ads, in our Privacy Policy.

Ashish Gupta
Turns caffeine and curiosity into tiny games that refuse to let you put your phone down. Builds Cult Arcade after hours โ for the love of the craft.
Every game on this site โ the design, the art, the physics and the code โ is written by this one person in evenings and on weekends, which is where the studio name comes from. There is no team, no publisher and no outside funding behind it. The wider studio work lives at ahstudios.in, and anything you want to report or ask about is read personally at fwdapproach@gmail.com.
