AfterHoursStudio is a tiny independent studio born out of late-night curiosity and a love for games that are easy to start but impossible to quit. We craft minimal, instinct-driven experiences you can pick up in seconds and obsess over for hours. No bloat, no paywalls, no endless tutorials — just pure, replayable fun. Everything you see here is handmade, one late night at a time.
What you will find here
Cult Arcade holds 42 hand-built browser games: some are new arcade experiments and others are custom browser interpretations of established puzzles, board games and familiar arcade mechanics. Nothing is licensed, iframe-embedded or pulled from a game catalogue — every implementation is programmed and tested here. The collection ranges from Balloon Guard and Grapple Run to 2048, Ludo, Crossword, Poker and Housie. Every game runs with no download, plugin or account, on a phone or laptop, and every page explains its controls, rules and tactics.
Free to play, without accounts
Cult Arcade is built and paid for by one individual. Every game is free to play, with no accounts, no downloads and nothing locked behind a payment. Advertising is currently disabled while the site is reviewed. If it is enabled after approval, the configured placements stay outside the play area, never over a game or between you and a control. Every game on this site — the design, the art, the physics and the code — is written by this one person in evenings and on weekends, which is where the studio name comes from.
