Acceptance of terms

Cult Arcade at cultarcade.ahstudios.in (“the site”) is a free collection of browser games operated by AfterHoursStudio, an independent one-person studio based in India. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

  • The games are provided free of charge for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
  • You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
  • Any in-game currency (such as “Cult Cash”) has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, purchased or withdrawn.

Intellectual property

All game code, artwork, names and content on the site are owned by AfterHoursStudio or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from the site's content without permission.

Advertising

The site is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. Your use of the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how ads and cookies work.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfterHoursStudio is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

Third-party links

The site links out to third-party pages, including advertisers and our studio site at ahstudios.in. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate, and a link is not an endorsement. Any dealing you have with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser.

Availability of games

Games are offered as they are and may be added, changed or removed at any time. Scores and progress are stored in your browser rather than on a server, so clearing your browser data will erase them permanently. We cannot restore lost progress.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
