About Cult Words
Six tries. One word.
Cult Words is a clean, unlimited take on the daily word game. You have six guesses to find a hidden five-letter word; each guess colours in as green for a correct letter in the correct spot, yellow for a right letter in the wrong spot, and grey for letters that aren’t in the word. Solve in fewer tries to grow your streak, then go again as many times as you like — there is no once-a-day wait here.
How to play Cult Words
- Type a real five-letter word and press Enter.
- Green: right letter, right spot. Yellow: right letter, wrong spot.
- Grey: the letter is not in the word at all.
- Solve in fewer guesses and build your streak. Unlimited rounds.
Tips & strategy
- Open with a word rich in common vowels and consonants to eliminate lots of letters fast.
- Use grey results as hard rules — never reuse a letter you’ve confirmed isn’t in the word.
- When you have several greens, brainstorm every word that fits before spending a guess.
- Yellow tells you two things at once: the letter is in the word, and it is not in that square. Move it somewhere genuinely new rather than shuffling it one place along.
